One axis of a Shape, deduced from a template argument.

3 becomes Extent<std::size_t>{3} and Dyn becomes Extent<dynamic_tag>{}. Two distinct types rather than a sentinel value, so a dynamic axis reads as such in diagnostics and debuggers instead of as SIZE_MAX.
