Formatting of a Shape with std::format.

  • {} prints the extents the way numpy prints a shape: (3, 4, 5).
  • {:?} prints the static extents of the type first, Dyn for dynamic axes: Shape<3, Dyn, 5>(3, 4, 5).

Any other spec is a compile error, since std::format checks format strings at compile time.
